Has any one ever pondered what is meant in the scriptures when they say "rumors of wars"? I would love to get your feedback!

When I read it this time, I really wanted to apply it in my life and I felt like words such as backbiting, gossiping, and lying really apply here. It was eye opening. By the way, do I know you?

Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Jas 3:2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
Eph 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Mat 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

Many will try to use the power in the word, in the written as in the spoken, this weapon mankind will try to use for the evil try to spread the fear amongst the children that belongs to the mighty creator, his children though, are not to misuse the wordbridle the tongue, but always his children can go find strength, shield and cover in his might and power, just trust him and the people that tries to misuse his holy words, we will all be held accountable
